Installation is the same as for any TTF in Windows, specifically:

Download (or generate from source) Code128H.TTF to a temporary
directory

From the 'Start' menu select 'Settings' then 'Control Panel'.
Double-click 'Fonts.

From the 'File' menu select 'Install Fonts'. Select the directory you downloaded Code128H.TTF to. Windows should now list "Code-128 Horizontal (True-type)" as the font to install.Click OK.

Check it has worked by locating the new font in the Fonts window and double-clicking it to open the preview window.
